Activity Title: Teachers’ Day Celebration 2023
Purposes and Objectives:
The second President of India from 1962 to 1967 was Dr. Radhakrishnan, a renowned Indian philosopher, scholar, and statesman. He had a profound effect on Teaching is the most influential job in the world. The main purpose of celebrating Teacher’s Day is to remember those special educators who supported us when we were students, show gratitude to those who inspired us in the classroom and recognize and value the commitment, toil, and contributions of teachers in educating and influencing the future of the country. On this day, students thank their instructors for all they have done for them and recognize their significant influence on their lives. So, in a nutshell, we celebrate Teacher’s Day because teachers have been the architects of society and without them, no society can walk in the path of progression.

This year also, for making the teachers feel special, the Institute of Professional Excellence & Management (IPEM) has celebrated Teachers Day on 5th September 2023 (Tuesday) with all departments i.e., Management, Computer Application, Law & CTE. All faculty & staff members participated in the Program. The Programme was conducted under the aegis of the Centre for Teacher Education, IPEM. It was a great event and the entire IPEM family celebrated teachers’ day. To pay tribute to the nation the programme was started with the National Anthem followed by lamp lightning & blessings of Director General IPEM Col. Dr. A.S. Malhotra and Dean Academics Mr. Shashank Chaudhary. New Faculty Members from all departments also introduced themselves and showed their Talents. Some activities were organized by each department like Inflating the Balloons, Educational Quiz, Balloon Shouldn’t Fall Down, Musical Chair race & Teacher’s Day Quiz. The Teacher’s songs, Poems & dance performances also graced the celebration of Teacher Day. Each Activity was enjoyed a lot by every member of IPEM. The programme was preceded by the prize distribution of game winners and an award ceremony. The prestigious awards and cash prizes were given to all dedicated and hard-working faculties and staff members who have made noteworthy contributions in the field of research and commitment to excellence, progress and advancement of the Institute. Lastly, the Executive Director Dr. Sugandha Goel addressed the audience and appreciated everyone’s participation and efforts.
