Institute of Professional Excellence and Management, Ghaziabad accredited by NAAC “A” Grade, Management Department had organized an International Webinar (in collaboration with ARNI University, H.P. and GMA) on 1st September 2023 (Friday) from 3:00 pm onwards through Zoom platform For Academicians, Industry Professionals, Research Scholars, and Students. More than 450 participants have attended the webinar. Our resource person Dr. Abhinav P. Tripathy associate professor, at Christ University, Ghaziabad has rich experience in the education industry. The topic of the webinar was ‘Quality in Management Education & Research: Challenges and Opportunities’ where the guest speaker discussed the various aspects of Education, Leadership, time management, management skills, environment, quality research, its usage and validity as well as. Dr. Abhinav P. Tripathy explained the how number of universities increased in the last 8 years and working on improving quality in different aspects and attributes to upgrade the standards of the education industry. Innovation in teaching and research requires case-based learning, simulation, experimental learning and practical application. Student feedback, peer review and industry partnership will help assess program quality. The session was highly interactive and beneficial for the Academicians, students and research scholars. At the end of the webinar, the resource person answered the questions raised by the participants-research scholar, students and Academicians. The convenors of the program were Dr. Mona Sahay and Dr. Suruchi Satsangi.
