On 12th September 2023, the Management Department of the Institute of Professional Excellence and Management, Ghaziabad Organized a Guest Lecture on “My Experience with Banking” from 12:30 PM- 1:30 PM for B. Com (H) Students. The objective of this Guest lecture was to provide information about various options to choose which segment within the banking industry and career opportunities in banking available to them after their graduation. Our resource person was CMA Punit Jain, Director, National Institute of Banking Studies and Corporate Management, NIBSCOM. Overall, the session was very informative. Students found the session to be extremely useful and informative. The session helped the students to gain knowledge and access to diverse modules like basics in banking, communications and economic strategy for banking, sales and operations, accounting, financial planning, wealth management, compliance planning, digital delivery channels, Mergers, and more. They posed several questions to the guest and all the doubts were addressed by the speaker. Students participated enthusiastically in this lecture. A total of 70 students participated in the Guest lecture. Convener of this activity was Dr. Preeti Varshney.
