The Corporate Resource Centre of Institute of Professional Excellence and Management Organized training for career development for Management students. The Intension behind this session is for all the students from the course. The motive behind this session is to make them understand the career development is the proactive, lifelong process of finding your footing and advancing your career path. It’s an intentional approach to creating a meaningful career that includes setting long-term goals, exploring professional development opportunities, and gaining new work experience. Career development involves the steps you take to develop the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a position that you’re interested in The event was convened by Corporate Resources Centre along with the cooperation from the faculty members of all the department of Institute.
