Objective:

This Capacity Building Programme was conducted to develop human values and professional ethics with an in-depth understanding of workplace harmony, spiritual mentorship and inner self-awakening.

One day Work Place Harmony and Professional Ethics Capacity Building Programme was organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Institute of Professional Excellence and Management, Ghaziabad accredited by NAAC “A” Grade on 31/05/23 (Wednesday) from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM for School teachers, via…. online and offline mode, Participated by More than 50 School Teachers from 15 Schools of NCR. The Resource person of this Capacity Building Programme was Mr. Shashank Chaudhary Dean of Academics, IPEM Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad. This Programme speaks about right understanding, mutual happiness, mutual prosperity, and harmony in relationships. It mainly focused on the relationship-building aspect of human beings with other individual and their duty towards society and nature. As well as how values and skills must go hand in hand to draw the attention of all towards the problem and challenges that are in front of us at the levels- Individuals, family, society and nature. Convened by – Mr. Pankaj Sharma & Ms. Anubha Gaumat. All the participants were active and enthusiastic. The participants showed activeness by asking valuable questions from the speaker.
