Objectives

To provide students with relevant career information, advice and guidance that are suitable for their professional needs. To facilitate 10+2 meritorious talented young minds of CBSE, ICSE and UP Board from various schools of Ghaziabad, NCR region and also to make the students aware of how professional education can develop their skills and make them employable.

Description

Institute of Professional Excellence & Management (IPEM) organized the 10th Pratibha Protsahan Samaroh & Career Counselling Webinar, 2023 to facilitate 10+2 meritorious talented young minds of CBSE, ICSE and UP Board from various schools of Ghaziabad, NCR region. For this event, the total registrations of 12th pass-out students were 425 from multiple schools and 104 students participated in the event. To make the students aware of how professional education can develop their skills and make them employable. A career counselling session was also addressed by Mr. Amit Pandey CEO & Board of Directors at PinCap, 5 times TEDX speaker. This 10th Pratibha Protsahan Samaroh has a special feature as IPEM first time introduced an IPEM SCHOLARSHIP APTITUTE TEST(I-SET) to Encourage students to evaluate their own strengths and to build on their own areas for development.
