IPEM : INFRASTRUCTURE
Computer Lab
The focus of IPEM has always been to be at the forefront of optimum utilization of IT resources and leverage the power of IT in making the learning process, informative and engaging. The students are provided with hands on experience and learning with the state-of-the-art technology. The network architecture for IPEM involves laying down the foundations for a multi services network, capable of providing the basic connectivity services & also facilitate new world technology drives, to empower the faculty & students with the most current learning tools & infrastructure. The state of the art computer labs cover over 6000 sq ft carpet area, having more than 450 latest Pentium based computers. The internet facility is available round the clock using wide band dedicated to an RF link of 4 Mbps. Each student is provided with a laptop of latest configuration which becomes his/her property after successful completion of the program.
Wi-Fi Campus
Students at IPEM Ghaziabad are privy to a unique Wi-Fi campus. The Wi-Fi campus enables the students to get on-line anywhere on campus without the hassle of wires and plug-ins. The campus truly is the high tech face of the new-age IPEM.
Communication Lab
The communication lab aims is to develop English Language Communication Skills. This gives a detail knowledge of Communication like English vowels, diphthongs & consonant phonetic sound, telephonic conversation. It also cultivate the habit of reading passages from computer monitor. Student are prepared for placement in National & Multinational Companies. The communication lab are fully furnished with the latest Software & Electronic Communication Equipment like Voice Recorder, Mic, Video & Audio Broadcasting etc.
Library
IPEM has a well-stocked and fully automated Library with over 4, 500+ titles, 45,000+ books, 800 video/audio cassettes and CDs, 600 Project Reports, Encyclopedia as well as Industry and company information sources. Library subscribes to around 145 reputed International and National Journals besides a number of Magazines and Newspapers. It provides access to reading material, information trends and vast collection of books & journals. The library has separate sections on IT and Management related books, a section on Journals & Magazines and a Reference section. The Reading Halls in the Library have a seating capacity of over 250. The automation of library enabled to track the availability of any book easily and also help in accessing journals and books available electronically.
Seminar Halls
The conferencing needs at I.P.E.M are taken care of by air-conditioned Auditorium and Seminar Hall with 132 sq. m. area. The facilities are engaged round the year hosting events like Seminars, Conferences, Debates & Cultural Activities.
Cafetaria
The conferencing needs at IPEM are taken care of by air-conditioned Auditorium and Seminar Hall with latest state-of-the-art audio/video facilities with a total seating capacity of more than 300. The facilities are engaged round the year hosting intra and inter college events like Seminars, Conferences, Debates & Cultural Activities. A number of Professional Bodies and Government Departments in the vicinity also use these facilities from time to time.
Hostels
To provide accommodation to the students coming from far-off places, the IPEM Group has provided separate hostel facilities for boys and girls located within the Campus. The boys’ hostel has a capacity of 20 students and girls’ hostel has capacity of 09 students. The hostels are centrally air cooled and have availability of basic facilities such as separate beds, study tables and cupboards. Hot water is provided during winters. Each of the hostels is managed by a dedicated Warden & has facilities of Power back up, Mess, Common Rooms, Recreational Facilities- T.V/Indoor Games, Laundry, Phone, etc
Sports Facility
It is not all work at IPEM Ghaziabad. A state of the art Sports Facilities provides the students ample opportunity to relieve stress. IPEM has facility for both indoor and outdoor games such as Basketball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Carom, etc
Medical Facility
IPEM has Doctor Clinic within the Campus to take care of the student’s immediate medical assistance. There is a first aid cum sick room for students. However, for other cases the Group has a tie up with hospitals in Ghaziabad. A vehicle with a driver is also available to take care of commuting needs for this purpose.
Class Rooms
Each one of the Management and Computer Application Departments has two classrooms which facilitate a blend of traditional as well as modern modes of teaching with technological aids such as ceiling mounted LED projectors, whiteboards, centralized air- conditioned environment and podium for faculty.
Lectures through latest technologies and placement oriented guidance are provided to the students. Tutorial rooms are available for doubt clearing sessions of students.
Faculty Cabins
IPEM has modern styled and renovated faculty cabin area with all facilities needed for efficient working like individual desktop computer, internet connection, intercom and air conditioner. These cabins areas also provide lots of space in the form of drawers and cupboards that make it easy for the faculty members to keep the needed documents and their belongings.
Lecture Theatre
Spacious Lecture Theatres are thoughtfully designed to induce high quality learning and are equipped with high end teaching aids such as LCD and OHP projectors. Priority is attached to achieve optimal convergence of stimulating pedagogy & enabling environment. The latest audio-visual aids and multimedia technology enables the Faculty members to have interactive sessions. Classroom learning is meant primarily for theoretical and conceptual input & consolidated by combining lectures with Case Methods and Group Discussions for group learning. Extensive use of laptops is made by students in the well networked class rooms.
Auditorium Halls

Art / Craft Lab
A teacher use many approaches in Art/Craft Resources center like as- Picture study approach refinement, art /Craft for folk tradition, progressive movement , integrated and correlated art, art in everyday living, etc. Picture study approach emphasized moral lesson and introduced to children to their culture. Students are engaged in the process of looking at a work and formulating a critical judgment about its significance. Teachers try to acquaint children with community artists and their work as well as with works in local museums and galleries.
Mathematics Lab
The Math Lab having Mathematical Instructional Resources can create mathematical learning environments, where a whole range of processes take precedence like formal problem solving, use of heuristics, estimation and approximation, optimisation, use of patterns, visualization, representation, reasoning and proof, making connections, mathematical communication. By the use of these Instructional Resources we can offer mathematics education of the very highest quality to all children.
Music Lab
Centre for Teacher Education , IPEM, GZB motivates to pupil teachers for trained in studying and Co-Curricular activities.
The Main objectives of Music Lab are:
- The main goal of Your Music Lab is to teach students abilities and competencesthat normally no traditional music program teaches, and that the music world today, however, absolutely requires.
- Music Lab provide a nurturing environment for student to engage in the finest performing arts education.
Psychology Lab
Centre for Teacher Education , IPEM, GZB are motivate to pupil teachers for trained in studying all aspects of Psychology like behavioural, developmental and cognitive processes, and also familiarized pupil teachers with various Test (Personality, Intelligence, Creativity, Aptitude & Attitude etc.) and equipments along with the process of predicting the result on the basis of findings.
Science Lab
Centre for Teacher Education, IPEM, GZB motivates and train pupil teachers to use Science Lab technically. Aim & Objective of introducing Science lab are developing the insights, competencies, and skills among the students to attain the curriculum aims, and objectives effectively through the use of different methods, strategies, and techniques. Theory is taught by teacher centered methods to learner centered methods. Laboratory methods are an important strategy for teaching science. Laboratory activities aim at achieving affective and psychomotor skills.
Sports Room
Centre for Teacher Education , IPEM, GZB motivates to pupil teachers fortrained in studying and Co-Curricular activities.
The Main objectives of Sports are:
- The most obvious objective of athletics is the development and maintenance of physical fitness.
- A sport is a learning activity of the rules, the principles, the individual skills, and the cooperative effort.
- To provide an environment for physical development of the students.
- To provide opportunity to the student to showcase their talent in sports field.
Disabled Friendly Washrooms
We have a wooden slope used carted in our bathroom through which the wheelchair can easily go to the washroom. So, the disabled person can easily use the washroom. We have also fitted handles in our washrooms so disabled person can also use.
Sanitary Pad Vending Machine
IPEM College have installed Sanitary Pad Vending Machine. It can be used by both staff and students. Staff and students can use this vending machine at the cost of 5 rupees only.
