The Corporate Resource Centre of Institute of Professional Excellence and Management Organized session on career Pathways & Success Strategies for UG PG & B.ED students on 12th fe 2025. The students who are required to attend this are First, Second and Final Year students of MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA and B.Com.(H) & B.Ed. It was a two-hour session where students was guided on various Career options available + Career pathing is the practice of planning an employee’s future career opportunities with an organization. If you’re thinking about pursuing a new career, learning about career pathing can help you improve your chances of success by outlining the steps you can take to reach your goals. Identifying career development opportunities you can attend can also enhance your career and help you create your new career path
