The instructor for the workshop was Ms. Lata who is an assistant professor of S.S.S.V.S. Govt. P.G. College Mirzapur (UP) has 8 years of experience in this field. This webinar was conducted in collaboration with the admission Cell. Participants of this webinar were B. Ed 1st Year students (12 )and B.Ed. aspirants (41).

Dr. Jaymala Singh was assigned the responsibility to conduct the webinar on Building Teaching Competency with Special Reference to NEP 2020 on the Zoom platform. The Proposal was forwarded to the Management for approval. It was accepted and Ms.Lata assistant professor of S.S.S.V.S. Govt. P.G. College Mirzapur (UP) was approached to conduct the session. Ms. Lata agreed to the workshop and accordingly, an Action plan was prepared.

The session was very informative and interesting. It was followed by a queries session which was settled by Ms. Lata successfully. The vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Jaymala Singh. A feedback link was shared to the participants. This webinar would help the participants to understand the new education policy.
