Unnat Bharat Abhiyan 2021

On 1st, October 2021, IPEM UG Campus organized an Awareness Campaign “Unnat Bharat Abhiyan” through a “Nukkad Natak” activity focusing on the importance of Vaccination and safety measures to be taken for the prevention of COVID- 19 disease. Around five villages, namely Rajapur, Murad Nagar, Sarna, Achheja, and Chipiyana Buzurg with more than 500 people became part of this wonderful Campaign. The main purpose of this activity was to make the people aware of the importance of Vaccination and at the same time follow COVID-19 related norms through wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. The respective Management and Computer Science Department organized the event with Mr. Amit Aggarwal and Ms. Archana Gupta being the conveners.

The activity was conducted with the help of respective Village Pradhan’s of the Villages who helped by gathering the people near an area for the “Nukkad Natak” activity being performed by the Institute. The promotional materials used were the banners and posters whereas Social Media platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp were used for creating an awareness among the people. Overall, the campaign was a success as people gave positive feedback and also assured, they will Vaccinate themselves and also follow COVID-19 related guidelines.
