AI-enhanced soft skills training aims to develop crucial interpersonal and non-technical skills, like communication, teamwork, and emotional intelligence, leveraging AI to personalize learning and provide real-time feedback for improved outcomes. 

Description

The Corporate Resource Centre  of Institute of Professional Excellence and Management Organized sessions on AI & Soft Skills Strategies for UG  & PG students from  10^th feb 2025, for 15 days training.  The students who are required to attend this are Final Year students of MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA and  B.Com.(H).  It was a one hour session daily , Improved Job Performance: By developing essential soft skills, Increased Productivity: Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, Enhanced Employee Engagement Personalized and engaging training experiences can boost employee morale and engagement, leading to higher job satisfaction and retention.
