IPEM Communication Club organized an Inter-Institutional “Student Seminar”, from 10:00 am onwards Via the Zoom platform on 28th May 2022. The Topic of the Seminar was “Outcome Based Strategic Performance Management with Stakeholders Perspectives” (OSPM). Based on the Theme different Tracks were given to them, OSPM in Marketing, OSPM in Human Resource Management, OSPM in Finance Management, OSPM in Supply Chain & Logistic Management (OSPM) in Innovation & Technology Management. In this seminar, 30 students have taken part & presented their Research Paper on the selected topic or invited tracks, the mode of speaking was English with a little bit of use of Hindi. Judgment was done on the basis of the Quality of Research Methodology, Data Analysis, & Findings with Recommendations.
