Online Alumni Experience Sharing Session for B.Ed. I Year (2023-25)

Objective

• To provide experiential learning to pupil Teachers.
• To provide a platform to Alumni to share their experiences with pupil Teachers.
• To develop Teaching, qualities & skills among the B.Ed. Students through Alumni

Description

The session was started with welcome and introduction of Guest Alumni. After that our guest speaker (Alumni-2018-20) Ms. Binu Rai, PGT Mathematics Teacher of Ingraham English Medium School GT road Ghaziabad delivered a very interactive session on characteristics and challenges of 21st Century teachers. In her lecture Ms. Binu Rai highlighted some golden principles to young Teachers like how can they handle the fear, communication, student’s diversity content and presentation, attitude and appearance etc During the lecture she also shared her experiences with pupil Teacher as successful journey from B.Ed. Student of IPEM to PGT Teacher of a premium school. MS. Binu also motivated the pupil Teachers for their future goals. B.Ed. Students learnt more beneficial golden principles for teachers from this Alumni experience sharing session and appreciated the interactive and motivational attitude of guest Alumni also. In the last but not least Dr. Manoj Chauhan (event coordinator) gave vote of Thank to Alumni Guest.
