IPEM UG Campus, Ghaziabad, Management Department conducted a One Day Faculty Development Programme on 24^th September 2022 on Qualitative Research Tools and Techniques with special reference to APA Format (7th Edition). There were a total of 46 external participants (with 10 offline participants & 36 online participants) who attended the FDP, Apart from this we had a good number of internal faculty also from all the departments. The Programme was designed in three Sessions – Session I – Gives an Introduction to Qualitative Research, Different approaches. Writing Literature Review Session II – Covering Qualitative Analysis of Data Recent Trends including Social Media Analysis, Meta-Analysis etc. Hands-on Training of APA Format (7^th Edition) and Session III – Explaining how to Writing for Academic Publications including Multi-Disciplinary Papers Identification and Selection of Journals, Ethical Issues, Fake and Predatory Journals. The FDP Resource Person was Dr. Samarth Singh, Chairperson & Skill Associate Professor, Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, (1^st Govt. Skill University by Govt. of Haryana) shared relevant information on the topic. The FDP was very interactive and smooth. The training session was filled with exercise, discussion, and demonstration. FDP was convened by Dr. Mona Sahay and Dr. Suruchi Satsangi. It was quite well accepted and appreciated by all the learners.
