On 30^th March 2019, a National Seminar on the Topic of “Work-Life Balance: Need, Challenges and Measures” was organized at the IPEM Ghaziabad. The objective of the Seminar was to understand and realize the Importance and Benefits of Work-Life Balance, to assess the Issues and Challenges in maintaining Work-Life Balance. to discuss and evaluate the Measures that can be practically applied for Work-Life Balance.   The program started on a very auspicious note with the Lamp Lighting Ceremony by all Dignitaries Chief Guest as well as Eminent Speakers Mr. Anil Khaitan (Chairman, SNK Corp. & President Ph.D. Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Mr. Vinay Gupta, (Executive Director, Ghaziabad Management Association), Mr. D.L.N.Shastri, (Director, Corporate Affairs, Sharda University), Dr. Pramod Kumar, (Vice President, Tech Mahindra, Noida), Mr. Virendra Nath Grover, ( Founder Secretary, ISPAT Bharti Foundation), Mr. Anupam Goel (Secretary), Director General Col. (Dr.) A.S.Malhotra, Dean Academics (Dr.) Sugandha Goel, HOD Management (Dr.) Dolly Phillips followed by the felicitation. The welcome address was delivered by Col. (Dr.) A.S. Malhotra (Director General, IPEM Group of Institutions) formally welcomed all the guests & conveyed warm wishes to all the participants who had come from far-off places representing different Institutions. He also mentioned the aims & objectives of IPEM Ghaziabad established by Founder Executive Director (Dr.) B.S. Goel.
