The Multidisciplinary International Conference (MIC) 2025, organized by the Institute of Professional Excellence and Management (IPEM), Ghaziabad, was held on 7th and 8th February 2025 under the central theme “Sustainable Future: A Global Convergence of Business, Technology & Education.”

This two-day academic conclave brought together a distinguished gathering of renowned academicians, industry leaders, researchers, and policymakers from India and across the globe. The conference served as a vibrant platform to share cutting-edge research, innovative ideas, and collaborative strategies aimed at addressing global challenges through sustainable and inclusive development frameworks.

MIC 2025 featured

• Inaugural and valedictory sessions led by institutional leadership and academic visionaries
• Plenary addresses by distinguished speakers from institutions such as BIMTECH, NSUT Delhi, UPES Dehradun, JMI, City University Malaysia, and Management University of Africa
• A hands-on workshop on Publishing in High-Impact Journals
• Eight parallel thematic paper presentation tracks, covering areas like ESG, Marketing, Financial Systems, HRM, Educational Innovation, and Emerging Technologies
