Mock interview for B.Ed. 2nd Year Students (2022-24)

Objective

• Mock interviews help interviewees develop and refine their interviewing skills.
• Mock interviews can boost an interviewee’s confidence by providing a safe space to practice and receive feedback.
• Creating a realistic interview environment, including dress code, setting, and interview style, prepares candidates for the actual interview experience.

Description

• The Centre for Teacher Education (CTE), IPEM Ghaziabad, has organized an activity of Mock Interview on the 30th of October 2023 offline in Room No. 1305-1306. Total 83 students of B.Ed. 2nd year were present at the event.
• Relevant and tailored interview questions were compiled, addressing school-related scenarios, teaching methodologies, classroom management, and other pertinent topics related to specific pedagogy subjects. Students were called for mock interviews in a group of 4 to 5. Each student was provided with an opportunity to participate in a mock interview. Students were evaluated on their responses, communication skills, body language, and their ability to convey their passion for teaching and learning. Detailed feedback sessions were conducted immediately after each mock interview.

Highlights
