Mega Job Fair 2025

Objective

The primary purpose of a job fair is to connect potential employers and job seekers in a single location, allowing both learning about each other and potentially exploring career opportunities. Job fairs serve as a platform for companies to showcase their brand, culture, and open positions, while also providing job seekers with an opportunity to network, gather information, and potentially find a new job.

Description

On February 22, 2025, IPEM College hosted a Mega Job Fair on its campus for students pursuing MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, B.Com, and B.Ed degrees. The event saw the participation of 67 companies and over 200 students. The event commenced at 9:30 a.m. with an inaugural ceremony. The chief guest for the occasion was Mrs. M. Lata Gautam. Following her address, the interview process began promptly.

Among the organizations invited for the recruitment drive were :-

· Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Paytm, Vayuz Technologies, KW Group, Bajaj Capital, Remotestate, Tech Mahindra, Team Lease, HLB, Times Pro, Swiggy, Millennium House, Vishal International School, and St. Xavier School.
