Objective

The Corporate Resource Centre of Institute of Professional Excellence and Management Organized. Job readiness refers to the extent to which an individual possesses the necessary skills, knowledge, and attributes to effectively undertake a specific role or occupation. It encompasses the core, functional, and technical competencies required for a position.
The mode of communication was English & Hindi both. The event was convened by Corporate Resources Centre along with the cooperation from the faculty members of all the department of Institute.

Description

On 9th August 2024, CRC Department of Institute of Professional Excellence and Management, Ghaziabad Organized an Activity on “ Job Readiness ” from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM for BCA Students. The Objective of this activity is to provide Career exploration and planning are foundational elements of effective work readiness training. This initial phase empowers individuals by helping them identify their unique interests, skills, and values, aligning these with potential career paths. It involves a thorough assessment process, including personality tests, skill assessments, and one-on-one counselling sessions, designed to provide insight into the individual’s professional inclinations and potential job fits.
