Description
The Oorja Sports Club of IPEM, Ghaziabad, successfully organized the highly anticipated Badminton Tournament, “Intra Racket Rockstars – 2024,” on 27th September 2024 (Friday) at the college badminton grounds. This event, known for its intense competition and remarkable displays of skill, brought together talented players from across the college, promoting the spirit of sportsmanship and athletic excellence.
The tournament was officially inaugurated by the Honorable Director of the Institution, Dr. Geeti Sharma, who interacted with the players and encouraged them before the start of the event. A total of 120 students from various streams participated actively in the event, making it a grand success.
The competition featured multiple rounds across different categories, including:
- Men’s Singles
- Women’s Singles
- Men’s Doubles
- Women’s Doubles
- Mixed Doubles
All participants exhibited tremendous dedication and enthusiasm. The winners in each category were honored with suitable rewards, and every participant received a certificate of participation as a token of appreciation for their efforts and sportsmanship
