To help participants develop insights into various aspects of quality, quality standards, and best practices in Higher Management Education.

5th International E- Conference on the topic“Paradigm Shift in Business and Management: ‘Challenges & Opportunities of Quality Sustenance and Enhancement in Higher Management Education’ organized by Institute of Professional Excellence and Management Ghaziabad accredited by NAAC “A” Grade, Management Department, in collaboration with Nilai Field Consultancy and Training, Malaysia and Ghaziabad Management Association was organized on 27th Jan 2024 on zoom platform and YouTube. Distinguished International Speakers, Prof. Hamid Saremi, Prof. Beena Giridharan and Prof. Dileep Kumar M and National Speakers Prof. Anita Goyal and Prof. Mala Rani enlightened the participants and delegates with their deliberations on the topic. The Inaugural Speaker, Prof. Beena Giridharan, Faculty, Curtin University, Malaysia shared her views on the challenges, opportunities, and trends of higher management education. Presiding Speaker, Prof. Mala Rani, Professor, Bharati College, University of Delhi, stressed her thoughts on the transformative horizon in business education with the convergence of technology, ethics, and innovation while the Keynote Speaker, Prof. Anita Goyal, professor, IIM Lucknow, stressed on the use of latest technology and approaches of students in higher management education. Guest of Honour, Dr. Hamid Saremi, Ex-Vice Chancellor, of Islamic Azad University, Iran very enthusiastically delivered his thoughts on the role of human resource managers and the paradigm of change in the 2030 vision.

The conference was conducted in two technical sessions through Zoom. It was also live online on YouTube. A total of 33 National and International papers from PAN India and across the globe were presented during the conference.

The Valedictory session was extremely informative and futuristic with a highly impressive and hi-tech presentation by Prof. Dileep Kumar M, Vice Chancellor, Nigeria, focussing on the role of advanced technology in higher management education.

The Best Paper awardee of 1st technical session was Ms Kritika Guragain, a student of MBA, Kathmandu University, (NEPAL) and of 2nd technical session was Mr. Manoj Kumar Mishra, Assistant Professor, OP Jindal University, Punjipathra, Raigarh (Chhattisgarh).

The Conference was conducted smoothly and Participants, Delegates and Speakers appreciated the Conference wholeheartedly.
