Management Department of IPEM UG Campus, Ghaziabad organized the International E-Conference on “Paradigm Shift in Business and Management: Emerging Trends and Competitive Strategies“ in collaboration with Nilai Field Research Centre, Malaysia, and Ghaziabad Management Association on 26^th February 2022 from 9:00 AM onwards on Zoom & YouTube Live-Streaming. The Convener of the Conference was Dr. Nitu Maurya.

Eminent Speakers of the conference were Prof. Dileep Kumar M (Director, Nilai Field Research Centre, and Malaysia), Dr. Samarth Singh (Area Chair (Marketing), Birla School of Management, Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar, and Odisha) & Dr. Mohit Vij (Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration, Liwa College of Technology, United Arab Emirates). The guest of Honour was Mr. Fanil Zakhariya (Entrepreneur, Professor, Start-up Mentor, Mumbai, and Maharashtra). Chief Guest of the session was Dr. Theresa Teo (Founder Director, Alpha MM Agency, Greater Sydney Area, and Australia).

Technical Session-I & II were followed by Research Paper Presentation by Research Scholars, Students & Industry Expert.

The total No. of Paper Received was 63. Total Paper Presentation was 40 including 11 international (Australia, Malaysia, Canada, AmericaØ& Dubai ) & 29 National ( Maharashtra, West Bengal, Kerala, Bengaluru, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh).

Valedictory Session was initiated by the Declaration of Best Paper Presentation Award by Dr. Richa N. Agarwal, HR Expert and Corporate Trainer who was also Valedictory Speaker & Session Chair.
