Ltd, Bahadurgarh, Haryana for BBA 2nd Year is to provide a practical understanding of real-world business operations and manufacturing processes. This visit provided a firsthand experience of the manufacturing processes, quality control, and packaging techniques behind India’s favourite biscuits and confectionery.
Such industry interactions bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world applications, enhancing students’ practical knowledge and career readiness. During the visit, students had the opportunity to witness the inner workings of PARLE, gained insights into the industry.
Description
On February 17, 2025, IPEM College organized an industry visit to PARLE Pvt. Ltd, Bahadurgarh Haryana for BBA 2nd Year (Batch 2023 – 26). This visit provided a firsthand experience of the manufacturing processes, quality control, and packaging techniques behind India’s favourite biscuits and confectionery.
During the visit, students explored PARLE Pvt. Ltd manufacturing facilities, Observing the assembly lines and advanced automation techniques and quality standards contribute to the company’s operational excellence. The interactive sessions with industry experts provided students with insights into business strategy, innovation, and customer-centric practices. This visit aimed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical application by giving students a deeper understanding of Manufacturing Processes and Operational Management.
The learnings acquired during this visit will significantly contribute to the academic and professional development of our students.
