Industrial Visit cum excursion Trip in Britannia Industries

Objective:

The primary objective of Industrial visit is to provide students with a chance to meet industry leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and corporate players who share their wisdom, learning, and experiences with students. Educational tours to industries provide an opportunity for students to see and experience real workstations, plants, machines, systems, assembly lines, and interact with highly trained and experienced managers. The Excursion trip was also organized to explore the sightseeing of Nainital, Bhimtal and Rudrapur (Uttarakhand).Students enjoyed with the Industrial visit and city tour of Nanital.

Institute of Professional Excellence and Management, Ghaziabad NAAC ‘A’ Grade Accredited Institute, Ghaziabad, Corporate Resource Centre Department Organized a Industrial Visit cum excursion trip on 06/04/24to 07/04/2024 in Britannia Industries (Uttarakhand) & Nainital for MBA, BBA & B. Com Final year students. Visiting the manufacturing plant, students are provided an insight into the real working environment. Provided an opportunity to plan, organize and engage things.

It was a good opportunity to interact with the experts. Helped to enhance their interpersonal skills. Developed confidence among students. Learning Experience for the students. Helped to understand the dos and don’ts of the industrial practice. The Industrial visit made student’s choices easier for planning their future goals. It was a great Learning exercise for the students.

The visit enhanced employability skills of the students, after that second day students went to Nainital for sightseeing in the city.
