To enhance digital skills, improve work efficiency, and update non-teaching staff on the latest technological advancements.

Description

The ICT workshop for non-teaching staff was successfully conducted on July 12, 2024, at IPEM Ghaziabad. The workshop aimed to equip participants with essential ICT skills to enhance their professional efficiency. Mr. Girish Bansal and Mr. Ajay Kumar, experts from the CA Department, led the session, sharing their expertise on ICT tools and best practices.

• Participants learned about various ICT tools and software applications to improve their work efficiency.
• Hands-on training sessions enabled participants to practice and apply their new skills.
• The workshop fostered a better understanding of digital literacy, online safety, and cybersecurity.

A interactive Q&A session was held at the end of the workshop, where participants clarified their doubts and sought guidance on implementing the learned skills in their daily work.

Participants provided positive feedback, appreciating the workshop’s content, presentation, and hands-on training. The evaluation revealed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding and confidence in using ICT tools.
