HR Conclave 2025 “Future of HR: Talent, AI & Skills”
The objective of HR Conclave 2025 is to foster dialogue among HR professionals, academicians, and students on emerging trends in human resource management, focusing on Talent, AI, and Skills. Through expert panel discussions, interactive workshops, and engaging competitions, the conclave aims to bridge academia and industry, enhancing understanding of the future workforce and evolving HR practices.
The HR Conclave 2025, hosted by IPEM Ghaziabad on Saturday, 12th April 2025, under the theme “Future of HR: Talent, AI & Skills”, is a dynamic platform designed to explore the evolving landscape of Human Resource Management. In collaboration with GMA and the Directorate General of Employment (DGE), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, this conclave brings together HR professionals, academicians, alumni, and students for an engaging day of knowledge sharing and networking.
The event features two expert panel discussions with esteemed HR leaders, including Mr. Prabhanjan Prasoon, Mr. Nilanjan Mukherjee, Mr. Rakesh Seth, Mr. Bhupinder Nayar, Ms. Tanul Sharma, and Ms. Kena Shree. The first panel discussion delves into “Navigating the New Era of HR: GenZ, AI, and Future Workforce”, addressing the challenges and opportunities in managing a tech-savvy, multigenerational workforce.
Complementing the discussions, an interactive workshop titled “Insider Edge: What Recruiters Look For (But Don’t Say)” by Ms. Shubhangi Joshi (LG Electronics) will offer practical insights for aspiring professionals.
To foster learning and creativity, student competitions like HR Pedia (Role Play) and the HR Quiz are planned, alongside awards, certificates, and networking sessions. The conclave promises to be an enriching experience, reinforcing IPEM’s commitment to excellence in management education and bridging the gap between academia and industry.
