Communication Club

IPEM Communication Club has organized “Historia-Scripto”, on 13^th January 2022 (Thursday) from 2:30 pm onwards via Zoom Platform. The purpose of the activity was to bring out the creativity in the students, to test the poise with which they deliver their thoughts over a topic, that they inculcate in their speech and the command over the facts to be presented before the audience. An efficient way of communication makes a person stand out from the crowd and the activity “Historia-Scripto” had been conducted to give a platform to the students to test their ability to attract the listeners with their thoughts and how uniquely they stand in the crowd. The judge for the activity was: Ms. Pragya Chauhan (Mgt Dept.) In this activity, images of 3 traditional stories were provided to the participants beforehand i.e. on 8th January 2022 (Saturday). Students had to choose 1 traditional story & they had to narrate the old story in a new way by using their creative ideas. Minimum 2 mins. & Maximum 3 mins were allotted to the participants for presenting their stories in a modified way in front of the judges; the mode of speaking was English & Hindi both. The 1^st position holder from English (Mode Of Speaking) was – Versha Chauhan from BCA 3 Year, 2^nd and 3^rd position holders were Ankita from B.com I & Sunidhi from B.Com II respectively. Whereas from Hindi (Mode of Speaking) 1^st Position was held by Kanishk Aggarwal from BBA 3^rd Year, 2^nd and 3^rd position holders were Prerna from BCA II & Arti from B.Ed. Ist yr respectively.
