Description

A guest lecture on ‘Posh Protocol’ was conducted as part of the core paper on Gender, School, and Society. Ms. Leena Gupta, a Posh Trainer and Transformation Coach, led the session. She explained the concepts of sexual harassment in the workplace and informed students about the procedures for reporting incidents and seeking justice if they experience or witness such behavior. Additionally, she discussed the consequences and provisions for individuals found guilty of sexual harassment.
