Centre for Teacher Education (CTE), IPEM organized a Webinar on “Developing professional ethics and attitude among prospective teachers: A Group Discussion” by Dr. Sonia Sharma (Asst. Prof. Department. of Education, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab) on 17th July 2022 for B.Ed. aspirants. The Webinar was conducted on Zoom Platform. A total of 64 Registrations were done for the event. The session was informative, Dr. Sharma discussed the:

• Various Career Opportunities after B.Ed and students were able to Approach those
• Tasks involved in the teaching profession.
• Qualification and Skills required to work as a teacher at a different level.
• Challenges to be faced by a teacher during the job at school.

The pupil teachers were also able to know the strengths and weaknesses in Teacher Training Practices and the area where we can improve upon.
