Go Green Quizathon
The Shudhhi Environment Club hosted a successful “Go Green Quizathon” on November 12th in the Seminar Hall, drawing over 70 enthusiastic participants, including Principal Dr. Nishi Sharma, Heads of Departments, and faculty members. The event aimed to promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices, uniting four interdisciplinary teams from various departments in a friendly yet competitive atmosphere.
The quizathon featured three dynamic rounds: an initial picture-identification round, where teams showcased their knowledge of environmental symbols and concepts; a comprehension round, in which participants analyzed passages on critical environmental issues, testing their interpretive and critical-thinking skills; and an eco-themed crossword puzzle, fostering collaboration as teams connected terms related to conservation and sustainability. The competition highlighted the diverse expertise and dedication of participants to environmental stewardship.
Following the main rounds, an exciting Kahoot quiz allowed everyone to join in, adding to the energy and engagement. Winners were presented with certificates, while all participants will receive online certificates in recognition of their valuable contributions. The event successfully combined education, competition, and fun, inspiring a deeper commitment to sustainability among all attendees. Congratulations to the winners and everyone involved in this impactful event!
