A five-day Induction Program was organized in the Center for Teacher Education of IPEM from 14 November 2022 (Monday) to 18 November 2022 (Friday) for B.Ed. (Session 2022-24) in the seminar hall.
On the first day, the programme started with Hawan in the CTE department and further proceeded with the lamp lighting and blessings of Dr. Nishi Sharma (Principal, CTE) In the Seminar hall. On this occasion, Students played a Nukkad Natak on the topic of Swachta Abhiyan. On the Second day, the programme outcomes and course outcomes were discussed by Dr. Manoj Chauhan. In continuation, all faculty gave presentations related to their respective subjects and Ms. Vidity Rastogi discussed the Pedagogy subject. On the third day, the sessional files were discussed by Dr. Rajesh Sharma. Ms. Vidity Rastogi also shared the Club information with students. The Fourth day started with the guest lecture of Professor Sanjay Kumar, Secretary General C.T.E.F on the topic “Online & Digital Education: Challenges & Opportunities for Teachers with references to NEP-2020”. The fifth and last day of the event proceeded with the Alumni guest lecture of Ms. Rama Singh Lecturer in D.P.S. Siddharth Vihar, on the topic “Carrier in Teaching” along with a quiz organized through the Kahoot app for the entertainment of students. Ms. Anshu was the winner of the Quiz.
Ms. Shivangi Mehra was the 1st runner up and Ms. Priyanka was the 2nd runner-up. At last, the event coordinator Dr. Shweta Tyagi thanked everyone and ended the program successfully.
