IPEM, Gzbd has organised a Faculty Development Program on “How to Face Challenges in the VUCA World: Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous World in collaboration with Ghaziabad Management Association (GMA) and AVRO India Ltd. featuring Mr. Sushil Aggarwal, the Founder &  Chairman of AVRO India Limited. It is the successful completion of the Faculty Development Program on “Navigating Challenges in the VUCA World” with Mr. Sushil Aggarwal on 13/07/2024. The event was a significant learning opportunity, offering practical strategies for thriving in today’s rapidly changing business landscape. Participants gained valuable insights into effectively managing volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.

This FDP provided valuable insights and strategies for faculty to effectively navigate the complexities of the modern academic landscape. A corporate mentoring is also signed with Mr. Sushil Agarwal to mentor our students and guide them with practical exposure. Overall the session helps in inspiring faculty members, renewing their passion for teaching and research, and ultimately benefiting both the faculty and the institution as a whole.
