Faculty Fellowship Tour to Jim Corbett Park
The visit was organized to promote the overall development and enhancement of peer relationships and interpersonal skills. Recreational activities allow faculty members to discover new opportunities beyond academic excellence, which can later assist in both their careers and personal lives. The trip also provided an excellent opportunity to foster team spirit, improve interpersonal connections, and maintain workplace harmony.
The Institute of Professional Excellence and Management (IPEM), Ghaziabad, an ‘A’ Grade Accredited Institute, organized a Three-Day Faculty Fellowship Tour from 20th September to 22nd September 2024. The tour included visits to three key attractions in Jim Corbett Park, including a Temple, the Corbett Museum, and a Jungle Safari. Faculty members also participated in team building and stress management activities through indoor and outdoor games at the resort.
A musical evening was held on the second day, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Faculty members shared highly positive feedback, emphasizing how such trips contribute to mental and emotional well-being. This tour helped strengthen peer relationships and encouraged relaxation and team bonding among the faculty members.
