The Management Department, IPEM Ghaziabad “conducted a webinar” on 11^th March 2022 “Employability Enhancement through Management Analytics” via zoom platform from 11.00 AM to 12.00 PM. The External Speaker was Mr. Jayanta Chakraborti Ph.D, MBA, B.E, Google Certified Digital Marketer, IBM Certified Big Data Analyst, SAP Certified ERP Expert, Consultant to Coca Cola, Colgate, Palmolive, GES Australia and many others and Internal Speaker was Mr. Pankaj Sharma, Assistant Professor, Marketing Analytics, IPEM, Ghaziabad. He gave an elaborate outlook on Marketing Dashboard, Functions of Recruitment Chatbot, Analytics Model, High paid jobs in 21^st Century including Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Digital Marketing Expert, Fintech Expert, HR Analytics Expert, Blockchain Expert and more. The webinar was anchored by Ms. Anubha Gaumat. The webinar had a total participation of 70 participants, including 50 (Internal) 20 (External) from Delhi, Saharanpur, Kolkata, Firozabad, Mohali, Ghaziabad and it was a highly informative session. The webinar was conducted smoothly and it was concluded in a successful manner. The question and answer session was highly interactive and informative.

14. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS- We can conduct these webinars regularly at short intervals with a large number of participants and also the speakers should be from diversified areas.
