IPEM Ghaziabad organized International E-Conference on “PARADIGM SHIFT IN BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT: OUTCOME BASED STRATEGIC PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH STAKEHOLDERS’ PERSPECTIVE”, in collaboration with “CTIF Global Capsule, Denmark”, “Bharati College, University of Delhi” & “Ghaziabad Management Association” on 4th Feb 2023 from 9:30 am onwards on Zoom & YouTube Live-Streaming.

The major aim of the conference was to create awareness of the paradigm shift in business and management and the opportunities and challenges arising out of these changes. It also aimed at developing an understanding of outcome-based performance management and its link with stakeholders. The objective of the Conference was to help participants in developing insights into the strategic planning of the performance management system and to develop an in-depth understanding among participants, scholars and academicians of designing, implementing and managing strategic performance management systems with stakeholders’ perspectives.

The International E – Conference started with the introduction of the Institute, followed by the introduction of the International E-Conference by host Ms. Anubha Gaumat. Mr. Shashank Chaudhary, Dean Academics and Head of the Management Department, IPEM welcomed the esteemed speakers and participants of the Conference. Dr. Mona Sahay, Associate Professor, Management Department, IPEM was the Convener of the Conference. Dr. Suruchi Satsangi, Assistant Professor, IPEM was the Co-convener of the conference.

Dr. Arvind Kumar, Dean, JNU, New Delhi, Dr. Gagan Kukreja (Bahrain), Dr. Sailesh Iyer (Ahmedabad), were the eminent speakers of the International E- Conference. Prof. Emmanuel Awuor, Associate Professor, Management University of South Africa was the Guest of Honour of the Conference. Dr. Azhar Kazmi, Renowned Author & Visiting Professor, King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia was the Chief Guest of the Conference.

The International Conference was attended by several participants from PAN India as well as globally. The total number of papers received was 58 (International & National). The presentations were conducted in two technical sessions with a total of 30 presenters. The total number of participants and attendees in the zoom meeting was 380. Declaration of best paper presentation award by valedictory speaker, Dr. M. Y. Khan, Associate Professor, Noida International University, Greater Noida and our Special invitee Dr. Adela Kazmi, Assistant Professor, Aryan College, MDSU, Ajmer. The two best papers were announced from a technical session I & II respectively.

Best paper award for the first technical session:

Title: Enlightening Vedic Philosophy- the Third Eye for Modern Management

Best paper award for the second technical session:

Title: Determinants of Crypto Trading Activity

Authors: Dr. Syed Faisal Ali Khan, Lecturer, Department of MIS, CBS, Jazan University, Saudi Arabia and Dr. Divya Rana, Assistant Professor, Management Department, IPEM,  Ghaziabad, UP

The selected papers will be published in SCOPUS & UGC Care listed Journals.
