Corporate Alumni Meet “Extravaganza 2023”

Objective

To build strong relations with our alumni, and industrial/ corporate persons.
To create a sense of brotherhood, cooperation, trust & communal harmony among alumni, corporates, and IPEM.
To foster the industry-institute interaction to bridge the gap between industry and education offered by the institute and enhance students’ employability.

Description

Institute of Professional Excellence and Management, Ghaziabad NAAC ‘A’ Grade Accredited, Alumni Committee organized Corporate Alumni Meet on 22nd December 2023, at Monarch, Habitat Centre, Indirapuram. The meet aimed to provide a platform for alumni to reconnect with each other, network, and engage in fun-filled activities while challenging themselves and cheering their peers. More than 60 alumni from all four departments Management, CTE, CA & Law, and 20 Industries persons participated. The Executive Director inaugurated the formal Alumni Meet 2023, and the Dean-Academic provided a briefing on the Alumni association activities to the Alumni and the rest of the audience. Alumni shared their valuable experiences and their journey with the audience. The association strives to foster friendly and productive relationships with the pass-out students.

To accomplish the goals of the alumni association and forge close ties between alumni, industrial/corporate persons and IPEM, the executive and committee members of the association will have regular meetings. In addition, alumni engaged with the audience and offered career advice on placements and further education. Alumni also shared the current employment options, how to prepare for technical and aptitude interviews, and advice. While guests were completing their welcome drinks, snacks, and food, a picture booth was set up at the main entrance. Friends and families created a lasting memory rather than merely snapping a photo. Alumni enjoyed a lot of interactive and entertaining games, followed by dinner. The event successfully established strong and active relations with alumni and industrial/corporate individuals. All alumni expressed high satisfaction and provided positive feedback about this Corporate Alumni Meet, emphasizing that such meets would help maintain strong connections.
