Centre for Teacher Education (CTE), IPEM organized the Guest Lecture on “Career after B.Ed.: Job Opportunities in Government and Private Sector” by Prof. Sarika Sharma (Dean, School of Education, Director, IQAC, Central University of Haryana) on the 28th Sep 2021 for B.Ed. 2nd Year students. The lecture was conducted on Microsoft Teams Platform. A total of 80 students participated. The session was very informative. Prof. Sharma discussed:
- Various opportunities after B.Ed. in both sectors (Government. & Private)
- Skills, Qualifications & Job Profile required for those posts.
- Challenges to be faced by a teacher during the job at school.
The students also discussed their doubts regarding SWOT during the teaching profession.
