Objective:

The objective of the course was self-cultivation, improving how one relates to others, and empowering oneself to engage with systems to make a difference or an impact in society. The course is expected to develop the ability to live one’s life in accordance with one’s values with a recognition of common humanity, our basic orientation to kindness and reciprocity.

Description:

Institute of Professional Excellence and Management, Ghaziabad NAAC ‘A’ Grade Accredited Institute, Ghaziabad, Management Department Organized a Faculty Workshop on SEEK-Self Directed Emotional Learning on Empathy and Kindness. The resource person of this workshop was Dr. Mona Sahay, Professor, Management Department, IPEM, Ghaziabad. She started with the expected outcome and uniqueness of the course. She explained various simple and practical techniques for developing skills of self-development and better interaction with society that would help contribute to the social and environmental system in which we live. The course was conducted under the aegis of IQAC.
