Activity Title: Alumni Guest Lecture for B.Ed. II Year (2022-24)

Purposes and Objectives:

• To provide exceptional knowledge to students.
• Provide a platform for Alumni to share their experiences with students.
• To develop Teaching, Management and entrepreneurship skills among the B.Ed. Students through Alumni.

Category and Number of Participants: This Guest Lecture was for all the Students of B. Ed. II year (2022-24) batch.

Number of Participants: 76 students participated in the Orientation program.

Description:

The program was started with the lamp lightening, Saraswati Vandana, felicitation of Guest Alumni and address by Dr. Nishi Sharma (Principal, CTE) she gave her blessings to students for their bright future ahead. After that, our guest speaker (Alumni-2018-20) Mr. Harshit Jindal (Founder and director of Career Solutions) delivered a very interactive lecture on the Qualities of a Good Teacher. In his lecture, Harshit highlighted some of the best qualities of a good Teacher and gave many examples of good Teachers. During the course, he also shared his experiences from B. Ed. Students to the successful journey of running a premium Coaching Institute Career Solutions as Founder & Director with the B.Ed. Students and motivated them for their future goals. B.Ed. Students learnt more beneficial things from this guest lecture and appreciated the motivational attitude of guest Alumni. Last but not least Dr. Manoj Chauhan (Coordinator) voted for the Alumni Guest and all the students and faculty members presented in the seminar hall. The programme ended with the National Anthem.
