The objective of the session on “A Power Talk on Women in Leadership” by Ms. Shobha Tharoor Srinivasan is twofold:

- Awareness & Encouragement: To promote awareness about challenges and opportunities for women in leadership, inspiring participants to break barriers and take on leadership positions.

Institute of Professional Excellence and Management, Ghaziabad, as an initiative by Internal Complaints Committeeorganized a session on “Women in Leadership” in association with Femme Forward, an initiative working towards Women Empowerment on 11th February 2025. This insightful session, led by renowned author, speaker, and leadership mentor Ms. Shobha Tharoor Srinivasan, aimed to empower and inspire future women leaders. Through engaging discussions, participants explored challenges, opportunities, and strategies for excelling in leadership roles. This session provided valuable insights, motivation, and practical knowledge to break barriers and thrive as leaders in diverse fields.
