To discuss how digital tools, AI, and online platforms can be integrated into educational leadership and management for better outcomes.
To explore strategies for educational leaders to lead digital transformations, particularly in the context of global challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic.
To promote interdisciplinary research in education, integrating perspectives from fields like technology, psychology, and economics to enhance educational practices

To provide a platform to National and International Participants for sharing their views regarding Global Leadership and Management in Education.

4^th International E- Conference on ‘Education Generation Next- Global Leadership and Management in Education: Future Perspectives, Collaboration and Research’ was organized successfully on 12^th Jan, 2024 (Friday).

The Chief Guest Prof. Catalino N. Mendoza (Vice-Chancellor, Eudoxia Research University, USA), Guest of Honour Dr. Mutlu Soykurt (University of Kyrenia, Karakum) and the eminent speakers Prof. Madhulika Kaushik (Vice Chancellor, Usha Martin University, Ranchi, Jharkhand), Distinguish Prof. S. Renuka Devi (NITTTR, Ministry of Education, Government of India, Chennai), Prof. Rita Arora (Jaipur National University, Jaipur, Rajasthan) shared their thoughts about Global Leadership and Management of Education.

Total 71 national and international papers were presented on two platforms ZOOM and Teams. The International participants were from Lithuania, Morocco, Pakistan, Israel and Cyprus, Near Turkey.

The Valedictory Speaker was Dr. Kumarduth Goodary (Managing Director, CILKA, Mauritius).

The Best Paper Presentation Certificates and Special Appreciation Award Certificates were given to selected participants.
