Two-day knowledge-sharing session in collaboration with Wordsworth
The primary aim is to introduce faculty and students to the Wordsworth English Language Lab, highlighting its interactive modules for listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The initiative supports the development of essential English language skills for academic, professional, and global communication. It promotes the integration of digital tools in language education, empowers faculty with modern teaching techniques, and provides students with a structured, engaging platform for continuous, self-paced learning. Ultimately, it seeks to inspire ongoing improvement in English communication through technology-enhanced, independent learning.
The Two-day knowledge-sharing session in collaboration with Wordsworth was organized by IPEM Ghaziabad on 17th and 18th March 2025. A total of 9 faculty members and 7 students, including the President and Secretary of the Communication Club, attended the session. Convener of the session was Ms. Ritu Saxena. Mr. Arindam Bhattacharya, the trainer, provided an in-depth explanation of the Wordsworth English language software, covering its various levels—Prep 1 for beginners, Prep 2 for intermediates, and Prep 3 for proficient learners, along with its grammar modules. In addition to language skills, the software also includes soft skills modules aimed at enhancing listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, as well as helping students groom their personalities.
Mr. Bhattacharya thoroughly explained each of the software’s modules to both faculty and students, equipping them with valuable knowledge on how the software can support their language learning journey and personal development.
