This fest aims to create a platform for students, budding entrepreneurs, and professionals to showcase their business acumen through a series of competitive and interactive events. With a focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and management skills, SPECTRA2024 included Expo cum showcasing, thought-provoking discussions, engaging challenges, and a wide array of competitions designed to challenge participants’ problem-solving, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities. With a range of competitive challenges and entrepreneurial stalls & games, the event offered a unique blend of excitement and knowledge, encouraging participants to think outside the box while gaining practical insights into the world of business.
Description
Institute of Professional Excellence and Management, Ghaziabad, Management Department organized “SPECTRA 2024: The Inter Institutional Management Fest” for management students on 22nd November 2024. The event was designed to unleash your creativity, challenge your marketing instincts, and let your imagination run wild. There were total 6 events including, Planpreneur: Business Plan Competition, HR Pedia: The Role Play Challenge, BiZBrainz: The Business Quiz, Biz Solve: Case Study Challenge, Madvertise: AD MAD Show, and Student Bazaar. More than 200 students participated from around 50 colleges around the Delhi NCR region. This event was also sponsored by EV Trades (JAWA, YEZDI), LUCAT, Foreachievers, C Sharp and PLAAB Foundation. The event ended on a successful note.
