Title
National Seminar on Realizing Self Reliant India Through Digital Transformation, Outcome Based Education, and Inclusive Leadership in association with CII & GMA.
Objective
To provide an ideal platform for researchers, academicians and industry professionals and students for understanding and sharing their thoughts and research on the topic and focus on the impact of Information Technology through digital transformation of society, government, business and economy and elucidate the role of outcome-based education and leadership for building resilience in sustainability and governance.

Institute of Professional Excellence and Management, Ghaziabad organized a National Seminar on 27thApril 2024 (Saturday) on the topic, Realizing Self Reliant India Through Digital Transformation, Outcome Based Education and Inclusive Leadership (RSDEL)for researchers, academicians, industry professionals and students. The seminar was conducted in hybrid mode. The speakers focussed on convergence of technology, ethics and innovation, transformative horizon in business education, use of latest technology and approaches of students in higher Management Education and role of human resource managers. seminar, conducted in a hybrid mode, welcomed over 100 participants and paper presenters, both physically and virtually.
