IPEM has introduced People Pioneers: HR Club to inspire students across all departments to explore beyond traditional HR practices and foster a culture of leadership, talent management, and organizational excellence.
People Pioneers: HR Club OBJECTIVES:
Empowering HR Knowledge – Aims to inspire students across all departments to develop a deeper understanding of human resource management, leadership, and organizational strategies.
Bridging Knowledge Gaps – Connects aspiring HR professionals with industry experts to equip them with essential skills in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning.
Practical Learning Approach – Provides real-world exposure through interactions with HR professionals, fostering continuous learning and skill enhancement in people management.
Exploring the HR Landscape – Helps students understand key aspects of human resources, including workplace culture, labor laws, and emerging HR trends, to navigate challenges effectively.
