She is an effective Administrator and a prominent Educator having a rich experience of more than 24 years in the field of Education. She is the Principal of the Centre for Teacher Education (CTE) of the IPEM, Ghaziabad. Dr. Sharma had completed her Ph.D. from Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi. She has been instrumental in the conduction of several National & International level Seminars & Conferences under her able guidance. She has been “The Chief Guest”, Guest of Honor” and “Subject Expert” in many programs conducted by Schools and Colleges including LIVE TV Lectures for the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). Her research papers have been published in various reputed National and International Journals. She initiated several social services programs for the benefit of society. Dr. Nishi Sharma is associated with several educational bodies.
